Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
4 apples, sliced
1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Mix the sugar, oil and eggs well.
Sift the flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together.
Add the apples and pecans.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in an oblong pan.
