Linguine With Vegetables And Provolone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. linguine or angel hair pasta
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Provolone cheese
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta.
    Cook 11 minutes.
    Drain and return pasta to saucepan. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add garlic, green onions, zucchini and mushrooms.
    Saute 2 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Add vegetables and cheese to pasta.
    Gently sprinkle with parsley.
    Serves 4.
