Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into 2-inch pieces.
    Put into saucepan and cover with water.
    Cook until tender and then drain off the water.
    Combine melted butter and parsley.
    Pour over the potatoes and toss until well coated.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
