Taco Mac Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rotini spirals
1 lb. ground beef
1 to 1 1/2 oz. pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 c. French or Western dressing
Preparation

Cook spirals; drain.
Rinse well with cold water.
Brown meat; drain.
Add taco seasoning and mix well.
Cool.
In large bowl, mix rotini, green pepper, onion, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. Chill.
Just before serving, stir in meat and French dressing. Toss.
