Jalapeno Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jalapeno pepper
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs, beaten
5 oz. (1 small can) evaporated milk
4 oz. (1 large can) green chilies, chopped
Preparation

Remove seeds and chop jalapeno pepper.
Stir together all ingredients.
Place in a buttered 9x13-inch pan.
