Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. or 5 onions, thinly sliced
1 stick oleo
3 beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 c. (pkg.) Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook onions in oleo.
Add eggs, sour cream and remaining ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top before baking.
