Kartoffel Puffer(Potato Pancakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg. potatoes (2 1/4 lb.)
    2 eggs
    50 gr. flour (1 1/2 oz.)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grate the raw potatoes very fine.
    Add other ingredients to the potatoes.
    Take small portions of dough and fry it in the pan like small pancakes.
    We eat this with applesauce.
