Horny Toads - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    12 oz. smooth peanut butter
    6 c. corn flakes
    1 1/2 to 2 c. coconut
Preparation
    In a double boiler, melt white chocolate (not almond bark) until smooth.
    Stir in crushed peppermint sticks or discs.
    Pour onto waxed paper and let set.
    Break into bite size pieces and serve.
    (I drop by teaspoonfuls and the pieces are automatically bite size.)
