Serviceberry Nut Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dried bread crumbs
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. dried serviceberries
1/2 c. shelled pinyon pine nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. fresh sage
Preparation
-
Soak berries in hot water for 2 hours.
Drain well.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Use for stuffing wild fowl.
