Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Stove Top dressing
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    2 lb. zuzcchini, grated
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onions; drain.
    Combine soup and sour cream; stir in carrots.
    Fold in zucchini and onions.
    Mix dressing with margarine.
