Refrigerator Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 large onion
    1 medium sweet pepper
    1 large carrot, grated
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Cut cabbage, onion and sweet pepper into small pieces.
    Place in a large bowl.
    Add sugar, salt, celery seed and mustard seed. Pour vinegar over all and stir.
    Store in covered bowl in refrigerator.
    This will keep 10 to 14 days.
