Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. water
2 medium potatoes (all-purpose)
16 oz. can cream-style corn
12 oz. can corn kernels
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
imitation (soy) bacon bits
Preparation
-
Saute onion and celery in 2 teaspoons vegetable oil until limp.
Add remaining ingredients, exception imitation bacon bits and heat to boiling, but do not boil. Sprinkle with imitation bacon bits.
Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
