Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peeled, shredded carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 lettuce leaf cups
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce; toss to mix.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 4 servings.
