Chocolate Cream Filled Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box angel food cake mix
    1 regular size pkg. chocolate instant pudding (sugar-free)
    1 1/2 c. cold nonfat skim milk
    1 box (2 envelopes) prepared dessert topping mix
    shaved chocolate (if desired)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix, bake and cool cake as directed on box.
    After placing cake on serving plate, slice a 1-inch layer from the top and set aside.
    Cut around cake 1 inch from outer edge down to 1 inch from bottom, then cut around cake 1 inch from inner edge down to 1 inch from bottom.
    Gently pull out the cake between cuts, leaving a 1-inch layer on the bottom; tear the removed cake into small pieces.
