Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. corn
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped red pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine corn with remaining ingredients and boil 15 minutes. Pack into sterilized Kerr jars to within 1/2 inch of top.
    Put on cap.
    Screw band firmly tight.
    Process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
