Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt oleo and beat together with oil, sugars, eggs and vanilla with mixer.
Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Add to first mixture about 1/3 at a time.
Dough will be very soft.
Chill 2 or 3 hours or overnight.
