Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices white bread, cubed
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine and let cool.
    Beat eggs; add flour, sugar, salt and pineapple.
    Mix well.
    Mix in cooled, melted margarine and cubed bread.
    Put in quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour or until browned.
    Good with ham.
    A good pot-luck dish.
