Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cake flour, sifted
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. (about 12 ) egg whites
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Measure sifted flour, add 1/2 cup sugar.
    Sift together 4 times.
    Combine egg whites, salt, cream of tartar and flavorings in large bowl.
    Beat with sturdy beater until moist soft peaks form.
    Add rest of sugar in 4 additions, beating until blended each time.
    Sift in flour mixture in 4 additions, folding in with large spoon each time; turn bowl often.
    Bake
    at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
