Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. figs
1 pkg. dates
1 lb. candied fruit
1 box raisins
1 1/2 c. black walnuts
1 lb. English walnuts
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. molasses
3 eggs
1/2 c. grape juice
Preparation

Put fruit in large pan; add raisins and nuts.
Sift flour over this.
Add all spices, soda and salt to the flour.
(If using self-rising flour, omit salt and soda.)
With hands, mix the flour and spice mixture with the fruit until every piece of fruit is covered.
Add sugar, oil, molasses, eggs and grape juice; mix well.
