Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, cornmeal and salt.
    Add butter, lemon rind, lemon juice and milk; mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with a wire whisk after each addition.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
