Savory Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh spinach
    3 Tbsp. green pepper, minced
    1 Tbsp. canned pimentos, diced
    3 Tbsp. onion, minced
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Clean spinach thoroughly and drain well.
    In large saucepan, combine green pepper, pimientos and onion with oil.
    Saute for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add spinach and salt.
    Cook, covered, until spinach is crispy-tender, about 10 minutes.
    Add lemon juice and serve. Serves 6.
