Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spinach, cooked and drained
2 c. light cream
1/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
1 (9-inch) pastry shell, uncooked
Preparation

Chop spinach into very small pieces.
Beat together cream, cheeses, eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Layer spinach on bottom of unbaked pie shell.
Pour egg mixture over spinach.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
