Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. pinto beans, mashed
pinch of salt
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust and bake until done.
