Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 grated lemon rind
    few drops vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar in double boiler until warm.
    Add vanilla and lemon rind.
    Place in mixer and beat until light and silky. Gently fold in the combined flour and cornstarch.
    Place in 7-inch cake pan which has been buttered and dusted with flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until springy to touch.
