Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. strawberries
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 small cans frozen lemonade
    1 qt. chilled ginger ale
Preparation
    If frozen strawberries are used, omit the sugar.
    Crush strawberries and add sugar.
    Let stand for 30 minutes.
    Add lemonade and water as directed on the can.
    Stir in chilled ginger ale just before serving.
