Quick Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drained (about 3 c.)
    1/2 medium green pepper
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    5 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    2/3 c. oil
    2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables until fine; add to corn.
    Combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
    Stir thoroughly and pour over corn and vegetables.
    Let stand several hours or overnight to mellow.
