Pepper Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 c. catsup
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. Jamaican pickapepper sauce
3/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients in pan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients (which must be shaken vigorously in a quart jar to dissolve and mix thoroughly) to the pot and return to low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
