Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt and pepper
onions, chopped
Preparation

Mix all together.
Roll out onto floured board until 1/2-inch thick.
Cut into squares.
Brown in skillet.
Put in oblong cake pan.
Make gravy with drippings.
Pour over meat squares.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
