Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 stick margarine
    6 slices American cheese
    3 Tbsp. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until soft; while still hot, cut off tops and scoop out potato into a bowl.
    Put empty skins in a baking pan to be filled later.
    Mash potatoes with butter and American cheese. Beat in milk with a hand mixer; you may not need all the milk. When whipped to desired consistency, fill potato skins and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
