Fluffy French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    6 eggs
    18 slices day-old French bread (1 inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Beat flour, sugar, salt, milk and eggs with rotary beater until smooth.
    Soak bread in batter until saturated.
    Heat butter in skillet.
    Carefully transfer each bread slice to skillet; do not overcrowd.
    Cook bread over medium heat for 12 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
