Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 large tomato, seeded and peeled, cut up
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine sherry, cornstarch, cumin, garlic and seasoned salt in a medium bowl.
    Add pork slices and stir to coat well.
    Heat oil to medium-high.
    Add pork mixture and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes. Add pepper, onion and tomato pieces.
    Cover pan and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
