Tangy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 or 10 oz. macaroni
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 c. sharp cheese
1 small can each: tomatoes, tomato sauce (8 oz.) and cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
In skillet, brown sausage and ground beef with onion.
Drain well.
Add beef/sausage mixture to macaroni, along with tomatoes, tomato sauce, soup and Worcestershire sauce.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes, or until bubbly.
Top casserole with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
This freezes well.
