Day Ahead Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef roast
    2 cans beefy cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix soup, water and soup mix together in bowl.
    Put roast in pan; pour mix over.
    Seal with foil and put lid on.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for each pound of roast.
    Cool and refrigerate overnight.
    Don't open foil.
    Skim fat off top.
    Slice beef and heat at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
