Low Calorie Sour Cream Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    4 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix in food processor or blender.
    Chill. This will thicken as it chills (about 6 hours).
    Will keep, refrigerated, for 1 week.
