Light Broiled Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. bay scallops
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    In flameproof casserole dish, place scallops in a single layer.
    Mix next 4 ingredients together and toss to coat scallops.
    Broil until golden, about 2 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
