Winter Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.
    Drain, peel and mash.
    Stir in 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 the onions.
    Spread potato mixture over bottom and up sides of a greased 2-quart rectangular baking dish to form
    a shell.
    Combine chicken, vegetables, soup, mustard, garlic powder and pepper; spoon into shell.
    Cover loosely and bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
