Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    3 or 4 Tbsp. oil
    approximately 28 oz. spaghetti sauce
    mushrooms
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut eggplant in half lengthwise; scoop out inside, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Cut scooped out portion into 1-inch squares. Saute in oil 5 minutes or until tender.
    Heat spaghetti sauce in pan.
    Add Parmesan cheese, mushrooms and bread crumbs.
    When heated, add eggplant.
