Creamy Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 flour tortillas
1 c. refried beans with mild green chilies
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pitted black olives
1/4 c. fresh chopped cilantro leaves (optional)
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and garlic powder until well blended. Spread each tortilla with thin layer of beans. Spread cream cheese mixture over beans. Top with olives and cilantro. Roll tortillas up tightly. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Serve with salsa. Yield: 10 servings.
