Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can petit green peas, drained
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
    Yields 6 servings.
