Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger or sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 to 1 1/2 oz. envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
8 oz. shredded cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion and drain.
Stir spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce and water into meat and simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with shredded cheese.
