Beef Stew Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean beef cubes
    2 onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 c. Marsala wine
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Reminder:
    Hot pan, cold oil; meat will not stick.
