Blueberry Pineapple Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch; gradually beat in pineapple juice and water.
    Add blueberries.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles and thickens.
    Yield: 3 cups sauce.
