Raisin Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Slice
    or
    chop
    raisins.
    Cream
    butter and sugar; add beaten egg.
    Sift\tflour and baking powder and add alternating with milk to creamed mixture.
    Mix thoroughly; add raisins and lemon extract and
    blend
    well.\tFill greased muffin pans 1/2 full.
    Bake 20 minutes
    in a hot oven at 425\u00b0.
    Makes 12 to 14 cupcakes.
