Fluffy Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, minced or chopped
    pinch of thyme
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 slices bread, torn in small pieces
    pinch of marjoram
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cover bowl and refrigerate several hours. (This makes them fluffier than cooking immediately.)
    Form small balls with spoons (not hands) and cook.
    Don't overcrowd in pan. May be kept warm in oven while finishing cooking the other or for serving later.
