Chocolate Souffle Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 sq. chocolate (unsweetened)
whipped cream
Preparation

Separate eggs and combine yolks, cornstarch, salt and 1/2 cup sugar in saucepan.
Gradually stir in 2 cups milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla and pour into custard cups, 2/3 full.
