Champignons A'La Creme(Mushrooms Boiled With Cream) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. minced shallots
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 to 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    salt
Preparation
    In wide frying pan, combine mushrooms, shallots and cream. Place on medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally about 15 minutes.
    Increase heat to high and boil, stirring often, until shiny bubbles form (10 minutes).
    Stir in parsley and season with salt.
