Vegetable Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jello
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 large carrots, grated
2 large apples, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. sour cream
2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. white raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat orange juice and dissolve lemon and peach jello in it; do not boil.
Dissolve Knox gelatine (one envelope) as directed on package.
Mix the two gelatin mixtures together.
Add pineapple. Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream and add to the jello mixture. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix together and chill until firm.
