Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sweet milk
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated or mashed sweet potatoes
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, cloves and nutmeg.
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 sticks melted margarine (not hot).
    Bake in slow oven of 300\u00b0 until done.
