Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce
    6 slice American cheese
    1 medium onion, cut small
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Louisiana hot sauce
    3 medium tomatoes
    2 cans red kidney beans, drain
    3 lb. hamburger, drained
    3 cans tomato sauce
    1 large bag Fritos
Preparation
    Cut the lettuce into very thin pieces.
    Chop tomatoes into medium pieces.
    Cut the slices of American cheese into thin strips. Add the red kidney beans and onions, then mix in a large bowl. Brown the hamburger.
    Drain and add salt.
    Serves 8.
