Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potato *
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

*If canned sweet potatoes are used, use only 1/2 cup milk.
